Tangram Releases Coaching Pilot Data
Today Tangram, Inc., a local not-for-profit serving Hoosiers with disabilities shared mid-point data from an on-going two year pilot matching their senior leaders and managers with certified professional coaches. The pilot, which began in 2021 was designed to provide additional support to leaders and managers as they navigate a tough employee recruitment and retention landscape in their industry. Tangram is partnering with Intentional Coaching + Consulting on the pilot program.
The early results are promising, seeing an increase in employee retention and decreased turnover. In addition, those participating showed improvement in several leadership domains, including time management, productivity and problem solving. Sam Criss, Tangram CEO stated “This pilot has proven the value of investing in non-profit leaders and the impact on not only those participating, but the entire organization”. The two year pilot will end this Summer, but Tangram plans to continue integrating the lessons learned from the pilot and continue practicing the leadership skills provided by the pilot.
