Tangram's Annual Extraordinary Lives Celebration @ JW Marriott Indianapolis Hotel
Please join us on March 21, 2012 for a luncheon that celebrates and recognizes those businesses, individuals, and organizations that have an extraordinary vision for individuals living with disability.
Doors open at 11:00 am, lunch will be served at noon, and our guest speaker will be Mr. Glenn Hultberg from Walgreens Corporate Office. Walgreens is a pioneer in employing people with disabilities, from employment opportunities to training; Walgreens is recognized for its disability inclusion initiatives in the workplace.
Mr. Hultberg will be speaking about Walgreens' endeavor, how it started, struggles they faced, successes they experienced, and how they have helped other companies, like Best Buy and P&G, adopt the belief that people with disabilities can work and be just as productive as individuals without disabilities. He will also be speaking about the initiatives here in Central Indiana.
